Head Residents Each head resident is a graduate or undergraduate student who, under the area coordinator, is responsible for the total operation of a residence hall. The head resident works to develop and maintain a community environment that is conducive to the residents' health, safety and welfare, and in which students can best meet their academic responsibilities.
Qualifications: Applicants must have been an RA for at least a semester at the time of their application.

Resident Assistants Each resident assistant (RA) is a graduate or undergraduate student who assists students living in a residence hall. The RA, under direction and supervision of the head resident (HR) and area coordinator (AC), works to develop and maintain an environment conducive to the residents' health, safety and welfare, and in which students can best meet their academic responsibilities.
Qualifications: Applicants must have: - Been enrolled at The University of Tampa as a full-time student for one semester prior to the beginning of employment period.
- Minimum 2.6 semester and cumulative GPA at the time of application, and maintenance of a 2.6 GPA thereafter for undergraduate candidates.
- Minimum 3.0 semester and cumulative GPA at the time of application, and maintenance of a 3.0 thereafter for graduate candidates.
- Satisfactory judicial record.

- Mar. 3 - Decision letters should be returned to the Residence Life Office in Vaughn Center, Room 213
- Apr. 19 - Spring training day (tentative)
