University Academic Advising Office

The University Academic Advising Office (UAAO), located in Plant Hall, Rm. 308, provides academic guidance, assistance with academic policies and requirements, resources for academic support, and help with processing special forms.

UAAO staff and UT faculty collaborate to offer a complete advising program. UAAO advisors are available by appointment and on a walk-in basis (subject to availability). Continuing students who would like to meet with an advisor should contact the UAAO at (813) 258-7421 or advising@ut.edu. The office is open Mon.-Fri., 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. (closed on Fridays during summer months).
